imultaneous elections are an innovation in Indonesia's democratic system, aimed at increasing the efficiency of election administration and strengthening the quality of democracy. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of simultaneous elections and their impact on the quality of democracy in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, through literature studies and secondary data from various relevant sources. The results show that simultaneous elections offer several benefits, such as cost savings and increased public political participation. However, there are also various challenges, including the technical complexity of implementation, the high workload of organizers, and the potential for a decline in the quality of voter choice due to the large number of ballots. Therefore, improvements to the system and regulations are needed to maximize the benefits of simultaneous elections in supporting a higher-quality democracy in Indonesia
