ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA PETERNAK SAPI PERAH

(Studi Kasus Kelompok Cipanas 03 Desa Margamukti Kecamatan Pangalengan Kabupaten Bandung)

Abstract

Dairy farming in Bandung Regency shows great potential with an increasing population, but many farmers have not applied systematic financial analysis. This inhibits the ability to assess the feasibility of the business including the Cipanas 03 Group of Margamukti Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of a dairy cattle business based on the value of R/C, B/C Rastio, PP, BEP, NPV, and IRR. The research used is descriptive using a quantitative approach. Determination of the location was done purposively with this consideration, Cipanas 03 Group is one of the groups of farmers who have many achievements at the regional and national levels and this research was conducted as a case study. The results of the feasibility analysis of dairy cattle farming in the Cipanas 03 Group are, an R/C Ratio of 1.37; Net B/C of 0,37; BEP price of Rp. 264,033,418; BEP unit of 51,544 liters, NPV of Rp. 133,044,507; IRR of 26%; and Payback Period for 3,2 years. This value shows that the dairy cattle business in the Cipanas 03 Group, Margamukti Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency is feasible to run.
