Author Guidelines

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Manuscripts must be original, have not been previously published in any scientific journal, the manuscript is not submitted for publication elsewhere, and will not be submitted and not be under review at another journal or publisher.
  2. Manuscripts submitted are research topics which have no conflict with bioethical research.
  3. This journal is published 2 (two) times a year, namely in May and November.
  4. Authors must include a statement of originality and no plagiarism when submitting the article. The statement letter can be downloaded at the following link Surat Pernyataan Penulis

 

MANUSCRIPTS FORMAT

  1. Written in Indonesian or English and used standard scientific language.
  2. Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format and using Times New Roman font.
  3. Manuscripts should be typed single spaced. Manuscripts are prepared in A4 paper, margin on top and bottom sides are 2.5 cm, and margin on left is 3 cm, and margin on right is 2 cm.
  4. Manuscript length is between 6-12 pages, including figures, tables, and reference. Editors will be evaluated if the papers are needing more pages than 12 pages.
  5. For reference management and formatting choose APA 7th edition style.
  6. Manuscripts content should be arranged as the following order: Title, Author's name and institution, Abstract, Introduction, Methodology (for Socio-Economic), Materials and Methods (for non-Social-Economic), Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments (if any), and References.
  7. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the Template Naskah Agribiba
  8. Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through online system

 

MANUSCRIPTS STRUCTURE

  1. Title and authors:
  • Title must be brief, clear, specific, and informative that reflects precisely the contents of the text. The maximum title length of 10 words (excluding conjunctions).
  • Author's name is written in full, placed under the title, and written without degree. It starts with capital word and author sequence is first aurhor then followed by second author etc.
  • Name of the institution / institution (Institusi) is written for all authors accompanied by a complete address, while the correspondence author is equipped with e-mail.
  1. Abstract
  • Abstract written in Indonesian and English (ABSTRAK in indonesian and ABSTRACT in english) with Bold.
  • Abstract has approximately 150-250 words; No citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, and results, and the conclusions.
  • Keywords consist 3 – 5 words, the word of “Keywords” also has to write in italic.

 

  1. Section structure
  • Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction, Methodology/Materials and Method - Results and Discussion – Acknowledgments (optional) – Conclusion
  1. General rules of publication manuscript
  • First sentence in new paragraph is written with indent-first line 1 cm, and there are no space between paragraphs
  • Words from foreign language is written italic
  • Every numeral words have to written in number, except in the beginning of paragraph and intregers that less than ten
  • Tables and pictures must have clear desription and serial number. Numbering use center text format and placed above the table and for picture, it placed below.
  • Table should not exceed the page margins. If the table title is more than one line, the second line is written indented according to the format.
  1. References
  • Cite only citations Cite only citations original article in your paper, citation in the citation is not allowed.
  • Cite articles from an international reputable peer-review journal with DOI, avoid citing articles in the local language because international audiences cannot recognize them.
  • All references should be able for online-tracing, any private collection which cannot be tracked on the internet is not valid.
  • Expect a minimum of 15 references primarily with a minimum of 80% to journal papers.
