The method used is a qualitative approach with literature study, collecting data from journals and news. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that innovative strategies based on digital branding, business and professional governance are able to increase Village Original Income (PADes) and create many jobs. However, challenges remain in the aspect of inclusivity that marginalized groups are not yet fully involved in the resulting economic benefits.
