AUDIT TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5 STUDI KASUS PADA MA PERSIS 20 CIPARAY

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) plays a role in supporting the organization's business goals by providing a fast, easy, and accurate container of information and communication. Then it increases the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, supports decision making and supports organizational innovation to develop. MA PERSIS 2 Ciparay School has utilized the role of IT in the learning process, the use of IT is very important for schools to determine the extent of the use of Information Technology in accordance with the vision and mission of the school, so that we can find out whether the IT being used has fulfilled or supported the strategy school. To find out to what extent the use of IT, the researchers conducted an audit of IT that is running at MA EXACTLY 20 Ciparay using the COBIT framework. Information technology audit refers to the COBIT standard used, namely COBIT 5.0, the Domain used is Align, plan, and Organize (APO) because to determine the achievement of strategic planning for the maximum use of IT to achieve school goals, and use the APO01 subdomain (Manage the IT management framework), APO02 Manage strategy and APO03 (Manage enterprise architecture). The study only conducted a Capability Level to determine the extent of IT use at level 1 and then produced recommendations for future IT improvement.

Teknologi Informasi (TI) berperan dalam mendukung tujuan bisnis organisasi dengan menyediakan wadah informasi dan komunikasi yang yang cepat, mudah, dan akurat Kemudian meningkatkan efektifitas dan efesiensi proses bisnis, mendukung pengambilan keputusan serta mendukung inovasi organisasi untuk berkembang. Sekolah MA PERSIS 2 Ciparay telah memanfaatkan peranan TI dalam proses pembelajaran, penggunaan TI sangan penting bagi sekolah maka untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penggunaan Teknologi Informasi apakah sudah sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah, sehingga kita dapat mengetahui apakah TI yang sedang digunakan sudah memenuhu atau menunjang strategi sekolah. Untuk mengetahui sampai dimana penggunaan TI maka peneliti melakukan audit terhadap TI yang sedang berjalan di MA PERSIS 20 Ciparay dengan menggunakan framework COBIT. Audit teknologi informasi mengacu pada standar COBIT yang digunakan yaitu COBIT 5.0, Domain yang digunakan adalah Align, plan, and Organize (APO) karena untuk mengetahui pencapaian perencanaan stategi terhadap penggunaan IT secara maksimal untuk pencapaian tujuan sekolah, dan menggunakan subdomain APO01 (Manage the IT management framework), APO02 Manage strategy dan APO03 (Manage enterprise architecture). Penelitian hanya melakukan Capability Level untuk mengetauhi sejauh mana penggunaan TI pada level 1 dan kemudian menghasilkan rekomondasi untuk perbaikan TI di masa yang akan datang.
