This study aims to analyze the impact of Environmentally Friendly Agriculture (EFA) policies on the farm business competitiveness of paprika in the Dewa Family Farmers Group and to formulate strategies through SWOT analysis. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting primary data through in-depth interviews and secondary data from organizational documents and relevant literature. Results indicate that the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) improves paprika quality and strengthens access to modern retail markets, while comprehensive EFA practices remain limited due to capital and human resource constraints. SWOT analysis identified strengths in product quality and GAP consistency, weaknesses in efficiency and environmental sustainability, opportunities through policy support, financing, and research collaboration, and threats from rising input costs, competition, and climate change. It is recommended to enhance investment in environmentally friendly technologies, provide human resource training, and conduct routine evaluation of GAP and EFA to strengthen efficiency, product quality, and sustainability of the farm business.
