Greetings from Geography ... peace be upon us all.

We praise and give thanks to Allah SWT for His blessings and grace. The scientific journal Geoarea, Volume 08 No. 02_November  2025 has been published.

On this occasion, we announce a change in the editorial board, where the previous second editor-in-chief, Dr. Mumun Mulyana, M.Pd., has been replaced by Dr. Yayu Sri Rahayu, M.Pd.

GEOAREA is committed to continuing to be published twice a year, in May and November, in the form of an online journal, and we will continue to improve this journal in accordance with applicable regulations. This online journal is a publication space for scientific works by lecturers, teachers, students, and stakeholders in both educational and non-educational fields in the science of geography or related fields to express their ideas, thoughts, and findings. Therefore, we are opening opportunities for publication in our journal. 

We hereby present this introduction and thank you for the support from various parties.
