This study aims to analyze the rice supply chain in Jarsari Village, Mudal Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency, which includes product flow, financial flow, information flow, and rice marketing performance. The study employs a quantitative descriptive method using a case study approach. The respondents consist of four units of analysis selected through purposive sampling: one farmers’ group representing farmers, one collector, one rice mill (rice merchant), and one retail seller. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews, while secondary data were sourced from relevant literature. The analysis was conducted descriptively to map the flow of products, finances, and information among supply chain actors. Marketing performance was analyzed using marketing margins, the farmer’s share, and marketing efficiency. The marketing margin was calculated as the difference between the consumer price and the farmer’s price; the farmer’s share was calculated as the percentage of the price received by farmers relative to the price paid by consumers; and marketing efficiency was calculated as the ratio of total marketing costs to the value of the marketed product. The results of the study indicate that the rice supply chain involves farmers, collectors, rice mills, retailers, and end consumers. The total marketing margin is Rp8,000/kg, with marketing institutions earning a profit of Rp6,900/kg. The farmer’s share of 44% indicates that the portion of the price received by farmers remains relatively low, while the marketing efficiency of 55% suggests that the rice marketing system is not yet efficient due to a long distribution chain and high marketing costs. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen post-harvest facilities, improve coordination among stakeholders, and shorten marketing channels to increase efficiency and improve farmers’ welfare.
