<p><em>This research aims to determine the growth and yield response of Edamame (Glycine max L. Merrill) cv. Ryoko to plant spacing and chicken manure dosage. This research was conducted in Margahurip Village, Banjaran District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province with an altitude of 800 m above sea level, pH 6.06 (slightly acidic) and rainfall of 2,481 mm/year. This research used a factorial Randomized Block Design (R</em><em>BD</em><em>)</em> <em> </em><em>method with 3 replications. First factor: Planting Distance (j<sub>1</sub>= 30 cm x 10 cm, j<sub>2</sub>= 30 cm x 20 cm, j<sub>3</sub>= 30 cm x 30 cm). Second factor: Chicken Manure Fertilizer Dosage (k1 = 0 tons/ha, k2 = 10 tons/ha, k3 = 20 tons/ha). The results of the research showed that there was an independent effect in the 30 cm x 30 cm planting spacing treatment which had a better influence on plant height, number of branches, number of planted pods and weight of planted pods. <p>Shallots are a horticultural crop that is used as a spice for cooking every day. The community's demand for shallots continues to increase, but the production level is still low. Efforts that can be made to increase the production of shallot plants are by using vermicompost fertilizer. Vermicompost fertilizer is a fertilizer from composting organic waste whose fermentation process is assisted by earthworms, so it is useful for increasing onion production. This study aims to determine the effect of vermicompost fertilizer dosage on the growth and yield of the best shallot plants. The research was carried out in the rice fields of Pekandangan Village, Indramayu Regency, in March – May 2024. The experimental design used in this study was a Group Random Design (RAK) consisting of 5 treatments that were repeated 5 times each. The 5 treatments of vermicompost fertilizer doses are V0 = control, V1 = 10 tons/ha, V2 = 20 tons/ha, V3 = 30 tons/ha, and V4 = 40 tons/ha. The results showed that there was an effect of the use of vermicompost fertilizer on all components of the growth and yield of shallot plants at the best dose of 30 tons/ha, with a yield of 0.33 tons/ha.</p> <p>Keywords: Vermicompost Fertilizer, Growth and Yield, Shallot Plants, Bima Varieties, Horticulture.</p>Irre AfansyaYudhi Mahmud Fina Dwimartina

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk silika terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) Varietas Granola. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai Juli sampai Oktober 2023, di Kampung Cirawa, Desa Cibeureum, Kecamatan Kertasari, Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan ketinggian tempat 1.428 m di atas permukaan laut. Curah hujan termasuk zona agroklimat C3 menurut klasifikasi Oldeman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial dengan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor I adalah dosis pupuk kandang ayam yang terdiri dari taraf 0 ton/ha, 5 ton/ha, dan 10 ton/ha, sedangkan faktor II adalah dosis pupuk silika yang terdiri dari taraf 0 kg/ha, 200 kg/ha, dan 400 kg/ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dosis pupuk kandang ayam 5 ton/ha memberikan respons paling baik bagi tinggi tanaman dan jumlah stolon, jumlah umbi per tanaman, bobot umbi per tanaman, serta bobot umbi per plot. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by Riung Panyaungan, a pioneer of Sundanese cuisine in Bandung Regency, established in 1997. The primary focus is to identify existing strategies, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance competitive advantage. The methods used include Porter’s Five Forces and Brand Image analysis with a Likert scale. The results indicate that Riung Panyaungan employs a brand identity and marketing-focused strategy, which has proven effective in maintaining operational efficiency and business resilience. <p><em>The Rice (Oryza sativa . L) is the main crop in Indonesia, almost half of Indonesia populasion consumes rice as a staple food. Especially rice, efforts need to be made to increase rice production, currently, it is hampered by pest attacks which can reduce agricultural production. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of</em> <em>farmers, (2) know the factors that influence rice production, and (3) analyze the level of efficiency of techniques for using production factors in business farming. The research was conducted on rice crops in Karangklesem village, Pakuncen sub-district. Banyumas Regency, Respondent samples taken in this research were the purposive method, sampling was taken using a random sampling technique of 80 respondents. This research was conducted from July 2021 to October 2022. The results of this study show that average farmers carry out business farming on a land area of more than 1 hectare with farming experience of more than 15 years. The level of rice farming in Karangklesem village is technically efficient with an average technical efficiency level of 0.94 or 94 %. Production factors that have a real influence on rice farming production with integrated pest management (IPM) are chemical fertilizers, botanical pesticides, and chemical pesticides. The lowest level of efficiency of rice farming techniques was 0.81 and the highest level of efficiency was 0.99. average farmers have a technical efficiency level of 0.94 which means that rice production with the implementation of integrated pest management (IPM) reaches 94% of the potential rice production and there is still 6 % to increase production.
